I've followed the instructions here to install a Sierra VM on a Windows 10 host (VirtualBox 6.1.16r140961). I get the "critical error has occurred" message when I try to run the VM for the first time. I attach the log and png file.
Any advice for how I might fix this?

Windows host OS and Mac guest OS is only allowed if the physical computer is an Apple computer, and you don't have an Apple computer.
