VBoxDarwinAdditions.pkg can not be installed in MAC OS

my virtual box version is 6.1.16 and vm is MAC OS Big Sur . But always the VBoxDarwinAdditions.pkg can not be installed successfully. I checked the /var/log/install.log. here is the error "Install Failed: Error Domain=PKInstallErrorDomain Code=112" and reminder me "execute script error"

Does anybody have some same case ? How can I solve this issue? tks
