Installing Kali Linux on Virtual box in Mac M1 max

I have an issue with installing kali linux on Vbox in Mac M1.
I recently saw a post that vbox has launched a preview version for Mac M1/M2 hosts and it is working fine.

So I was wondering how to install kali linux on vbox in Mac M1?

Eh, not so much. Old OS's, but not for modern ones. XP 32-bit is the newest that has been reported.

So you meant to say the new OS are still not ready for virtualisation?

See the FAQ referenced. If anything changes then so will the FAQ. And don't hold your breath: running complex Intel code on an ARM-core processor is not a viable proposition IMO.
