How to I get the startup logger to show on a real mac?
I think it's a cool feature and want to add it to my current mac.

You can see the verbose output by holding down cmd+V immediately after pressing the power button to start up from a shutdown.
If you want to see it every time you start up the Mac then in Terminal enter the following command:
sudo nvram boot-args="-v"

Moving to "OSX Hosts" from "OSX guests".
