I am looking for a copy of Solaris 2.7 sparc 64-bit installation media. I have lost my copy.Any pointers will be helpful. If available, I prefer to download online. If physical media, I can send a pre-paid shipping label.

You're in the wrong forum. This forum deals with Virtual Machines. Sure sometimes physical media are involved, but since this is an x86 hardware emulator, there's not too much love for Sparc here.

You will not get any Solaris 7 media from Oracle without a support contract, sorry. Solaris 8 and 9 media are still available on MOS, but nothing earlier than that.
