Possible 4.3.22 network adapter bug Solaris guest on Win7

I just wanted to bring up a potential bug in 4.3.22. I recently updated to 4.3.22 from 4.3.20. I am running a Solaris 10 guest on a Win7 32bit host. After the upgrade I will regularly (around every 10 minutes or so) lose network connectivity for about 5 seconds. Just long enough to kick me off all of my remote shell connections. During a ping test to my gateway the drop in connection can be seen briefly with no response indicated. While doing the same ping test in the Windows host there will be no drop in connection during the periods that the Solaris Virtual guest is showing a dead connection. I reinstalled 4.3.20 and the issue was immediately fixed.
