AltGr - Pipe not working

Post by VirtUser123 »

Hi !

First, it worked all the time before with no problem.

Pipe/At was no problem using AltGr and appropiate key.
I upgraded VirtualBox to 4.3.14 r95030, running guests Solaris 10 and Solaris 11.
No more pipe, no more at-sign.
I searched the forum, the internet and other area with no success.
I tried to change layout, create own keymap with no success.
Sometimes pipe appears but no at-sign. All gone after reboot.

Any idea ?

Do i need to downgrade Virtualbox to get it working again ?

Thanks !

No you didn't. Or you didn't search hard enough. Look at the first result below.

Thanks for help.

As usual it's a matter of defining the best search string.
Now, i figured out it's related to the host key wether or not the pipe is available or not.

This will fix my problem by now.

Thanks for the hint.
