Solaris 11 guest crash system with reboot

I download OracleSolaris11_1.ova and install it on Windows 2008 R2 x32 (AMD Athlon X2,8G, HP desktop) host in VBox. System included in WinDomain. OracleLinux, Pandora work fine (networking and etc). But starting Solaris results crash and reboot system. I used Windows7 (i3 2.5GHz, 6G mem, HP notebook) - it's same (Win2003s, Solaris10, ZenServer, AltLinux - all work!). Crash is randomly, than OracleSolaris11 do not start and grub wait command (error load). Sorry for my English! Processor set in the virtual mode
