Alt Gr key does not work in Solaris 10

Hi,
I'm using Virtualbox 4.1.10 on a Windows 2008 server host, with a Solaris 10 guest. The Alt Gr key does not work in Solaris if I access the guest using RDP or VRDP ( remote desktop protocol ), it works normally if I'm logged in the Windows console. My keyboard has Spanish layout, so Alt Gr key is needed for characters like pipe '|' or at '@' which are very important.
How can I solve this issue ?
