Be more specific. No one has any idea, what you mean.

I installed that file : VirtualBox-4.1.2-73507-Win

Then I installed the exec file Oracle_VM_VirtualBox_Extension_Pack-4.1.2-73507:

I got that error :
the installer failed with exit code 1 :VboxExtPackHelperApp.exe : Failed to rename the extention pack directory :
VERR_ALREADY_EXISTS
rcExit=1
and the details as threaded earlier.

How did you save the file? Did you in any way change the filename? You can't change the name, it has to stay the same.

Then remove the 4.0 ExtPack first. You can't simply update it from 4.0 to 4.1.

If my host is windows 7 and my guest is solaris 10 , Will I execute the VBoxWindowsAdditions-amd64.exe under windows 7 or execute VBoxSolarisAdditions.pkg under Solaris 10 ?

You are confusing Service pack with Guest additions. Service pack is installed on the host, while you install guest additions inside the guest OS.

Please read the User manual on how to install them.

shared /mnt/sf_shared vboxfs uid=0,gid=100,dev=4c00001 1314090202

I installed the Guest adition 4.1.2 with successfully automatic adding the above line to /etc/mnttab but how can I change the mounted shared directory in Solaris to another certain directory(desired to backup it) .
Also I faced these Notices in the booting process :

Notice : Kthread_t::t_preempt at 42
Notice : cpu_t::cpu_runrun at 232
Notice : cpu_t::cpu_kprunrun at 233

Is there is any other soluations for adding USB support to Solaris 10 ?
