problems with Solaris10U9

I installed Virtualbox under windows 7 and then I installed Solaris10u9 inside Virtualbox . How can I make my USB and NIC adapter works under Solaris 10 u 9 ?
Moved to Solaris guest.
What version of VirtualBox?
Did you install Solaris yourself or is this an image.
Did you install the Extension Pack if the VBox version is 4.*? How to install Extension Pack
