I just got a Core i7 980x host running Win7 x64, and am running a Solaris 10 64-bit guest on it. What are recommended Solaris guest settings for maximum speed for this host processor? I believe that Nested Paging is supported, and VT-X. but I can't find a VT-related BIOS setting to change. PAE/NX?

With Solaris 10 u8 x64 guest set to use 4 processors and 4 GB ram, with nested paging, PAE/NX, VT-X on a Win 7 x64 host (Core i7 980x 3.33 GHz), I am getting AMAZINGLY FAST GUEST PERFORMANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
VB 4.0.0 is incredible. And Open Sound System (oss) 4.2 build 2004 works quite well, so I am pretty much good to go. Thank you, Vbox!!!

I just heard from opensound that they have made a change to oss 4.2 that may allow the software to attach normally to Solaris 10 in future releases. This could be good news for Sol 10 x86 guest users.
