Guys,
I have looked everywhere, but can find a answer to this question:
Background:
I am using windows XP host (32bit) to a VB Solaris 2009.6 SMB/CiFS service
with ZFS back end. I have 2.8 GHz 4 dore intel proc, 4GB RAM.
How can I getr bettwer bandwith between the HOST and the Solaris VB?
I only get about 15 MB/Sec and the VB shows maxed out on CPU. I can't
add more procs, so any thoughs (yes I have set jumbo packets on in the
e1000g ineterface, yes I am using host only emulation, also tryed bridged
seem little difference)
Please any thoughts I can't believe a moderen 2.8 GHz core can't do more!
Russel
