Hi,
I upgraded VB to 6.0.14, and installed new Guest Addition into my WinXP VM (of course in Safe Mode), so Dxdiag tells me Direct3D is not enabled.
Switching graphic adaptor VBoxSVGA to VBoxVBA works fine, but 3D on VBoxVGA will be deprecated in near future.
Are there any measures for working 3D accel on VBoxSGVA?
WinXP Guest+VBoxSVGA cannot enable 3D accel on VB6.0.14

Stick with VBoxVGA until "soon" becomes now.
3D+VBoxSVGA is working. Just not for WIndows XP, only for WinVista and higher at the moment, only the WDDM drivers at the moment.dojum wrote:Are there any measures for working 3D accel on VBoxSGVA?
