[WorksForMe] Wireless Usb Adapter recognised in VmBox Network settings, but not in USB

I have scoured the internet (also this forum) for a forum thread regarding the same issue I am having on VB, but nothing resolves my specific issue.
To preface, I am using the TP-link USB wireless adapter TL-WN722N. I have all update drivers for the adapter, VMBox 6.0.10 as well as the correct corresponding Virtual box extension pack.
All seems to be working fine VirtualBox recognizes the wireless adapter on the vm's settings. (First Attachment)
But when i get to setting up a USB filter for the vm its no where to be seen. (second attachment) --- Just to clarify "IMC, Networks" & "Via Labs", are not the USB adapter under a different name.
I've had this issue for a year now, I've come and gone with different methods to solve the problem, but nothing worked.
So any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

The TP-Link devices often show up as "Realtek" because that is the chipset used in the adapter.
Your example shows a "Realtek 802.11n NIC".

It happens to all of us, even with 3 cups of coffee! :)
Marking as [WorksForMe].
