Dont use native Partitions in a Guest!

Share the Folders as "Shared Folders" and use in the Guest the "net use" command to access the folders.

You have to mount the drives on the linux host.

For Example "/dev/sda1" => "/mnt/disk"

In Guest Settungs add a Shared Folder with Name "disk" and Path "/mnt/disk".
