Hi, I I have a problem.
when I am upgrading windows 7 to windows 8 in virtualbox 5.2 I faced a black screen during boot
and nothing happens and when I reset VM the upgrade fails.
how I can fix that.

We will need a zipped guest log of a session where this happens: from a fresh guest boot-up (not save-state), to seeing the problem, to the reset, to shutting down the reset guest from within the guest OS if possible.
