Hello
I have a fresh and updated CentOS 7.6 installation
With Virtualbox 6.0.6
Extension Pack 6.0.6
As guest I have
Windows 7, fresh install + updates + guest additions
But when i plug a USB key i get it only in the CentOS
Under Virtualbox > devices > USB => no USB devices Connected
Any idea ?

See USB Basics and Troubleshooting.
If you need to continue the conversation then provide a VM log: with the VM fully shut down, right click it in the GUI. Select "Show Log" and save "VBox.log" (no other file) to a zip file. Attach the zip here.
