"SPTD.sys" is a software component of the "SCSI Pass Through Direct" or SPTD by Duplex Secure. Do you have that installed in your guest? If yes, try to boot into safe mode and uninstall it...

alcohol 52% is unlikely to work after sptd.sys removal
I test Alcohol 52% on Windows 2003 (with Intel vt-x off)

This problem does not exists on the host.

This problem seems to be in Virtualbox 6 also (i have 5 version now)

does not show much, except that Alcohol 52% may not be compatible running in a Virtualbox guest.
