VBox 6 / W10Pro guest, sound input (mic) does not work

Hi,

Vbox 6 latest version, guest: W10Pro 64bit latest updates, host: W10Pro 64bit latest updates.Vb Guest additions installed.
Config: 3 core, 4096 Gb mem, 128 Mb video mem, 30 Gb HDD, enabled audio in- and out.
Sound OUTPUT is OK.
Sound INPUT is not ok.

Icon on guest show both speaker and mic activated.
Removed and reinstalled driver on guest for sound device.

Tested with Sound Recoder showed no activity on guest (same test on host records from built in mic).
Checking on Device Manager, no missing drivers.
Checking Control Panel/Sound show green on both Playback and Recording device.

No I'm out of options.... I really cross my fingers for you geniuses to help me solve this puzzle.
