Hi is there any way to use OpenGL 4.1 instead of 2.1?

Not in a VirtualBox VM, no.
In some cases even getting OpenGL 2.1 is tricky, e.g. it isn't possible on Win8.x or Win10 guests. To get it in XP through Win7 you have to install the GAs in safe mode, Direct3D drivers only (not WDDM).
