VM could not get ip on 'NAT Network' setting.

Post by Kang,Hyung-Min »

While setting the development environment, I have problem.

1) Configuration
- [virtualBOX]-[Setting]-[Newwork]-'NatNetwork' add(net1)
- VM Create
- [VM machine]-[Setting]-[Network] -'Nat Network' set - Name: net1
- VM start

2) Result
- VM didn't get the ip
hostname -I ==> show didn't anything

※ local host is connected via Wifi connecntion.

Do you know the the solution for this problem? :D

Do you get an IP if you use NAT, not NATnetwork?
Do you have the DHCP server enabled for your NATnetwork?
Do NOT send me Personal Messages (PMs) for troubleshooting, they are simply deleted.

If you obfuscate any information requested, I will obfuscate my response. These are virtual UUIDs, not real ones.
