I have setup a windows XP VM.
I have a USB device plugged into the Host machine. When I go to Devices => USB and select the device name I get an error message "Failed to Attach USB Device Philips (or NXP) to the virtual machine WinXP".
I have moved to a different USB port now under devices I see the Philips listed twice, but still cannot recognize the device.
I am extremely new to this and just trying to get a program to work. It doesn't run on Win 7 so tried the VM route.
I have attached a screenshot of the error message.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
