Network printing on Windows XP Guest

Hi,

got a Windows XP Pro Guest running on a Win 7 Pro Host with Virtualbox 5.2.18 and I cannot print on a Xerox network printer (WorkCentre 5325V_S, The text page could not be printed.).
Tried two different print drivers: Xerox Global Print Driver PCLS and Xerox Global Print Driver PS.
A physical Windows XP machine is able to print with that printer.
The XP Guest can print on a Lexmark network printer though!

Network is bridged: PCnet-FAST III (Am 79C973) as adapter.

What can I do? How to fix this?
