Goodmorning mpack, time ago I had created this discussion, where he had given me some advice, I can send her the log file of the virtual machine that works without problems and the one that creates problems on the last notebook bought?

Those seem like quite respectable times to me, especially for a single core VM whose VDI is located on a secondary drive. Why do you call it slow?

Good morning, I send you the log files of the two virtual machines, you start the virtual machine first on the old PC (6 years of life) and then the one on the new PC (2 weeks of life).
when I connect to machine programming, communication falls and the programming software crashes

The latest log STILL shows the guest using Guest Additions from VirtualBox 4.1.8. Please attend to this. Back up your VM first if you like.

And it still shows the additions being loaded 17 seconds after the VM was started, so once again I see no evidence of slowness.

I have updated the Guest Additions, I attach the new LOG. but the problem has not been solved.

I enclose a video in which you see the two PCs and the PC on the left (old PC) is much much faster at startup, and it does not create me in the programming phase no problem

my problem is not so much the boot time, it can take even 3 minutes, my problem is that I get the communication during the programming from the customers, and the software goes me in crach

Completely uninstall Avast. Don't simply disable it, complete uninstallation.
Do NOT send me Personal Messages (PMs) for troubleshooting, they are simply deleted.
Do NOT reply with the "QUOTE" button, please use the "POST REPLY", at the bottom of the form.
If you obfuscate any information requested, I will obfuscate my response. These are virtual UUIDs, not real ones.

Hello, many thanks for the advice, the virtual machine in this way is much much faster.
Forgive my curiosity, but how did you realize that it was an antivirus problem, having Avast even on the old PC?

I'll do a programming test but I think I have no problems.

Do you have any advice on which antivirus to use?

Because we've seen it many times. Antivirus become "smarter", which means they hog down your PC even more unnecessarily than it was possible.

The built-in one. All the rest IMHO are pests.
