Did the update to 5.2.8 since the previous versions had the audio issues. I was glad to see that those were fixed, but now there's no audio input. Tried both the Intel HD Audio and AC'97. The audio input device is there and enable (in both guest and in VB settings), but it's not receiving anything. Having the recording device window on the host and guest systems, I can see it being picked up on the host system, but nothing on the guest system.
I'm using a USB headset microphone.
As a temporary fix I've had to downgrade but then I have to deal with the audio issues with the static/breaking up audio, even on version 5.2.0
