That would be a question for Microsoft, not VirtualBox. The same way that you wouldn't ask Acer/Dell/HP/Lenovo/Toshiba for a Windows key.

Thank you for your reply.
The Microsoft's KeyUpdateTool_enu file is downloaded and ran, however upon entering the new key, the software says that I couldn't be updated.
Do you have any idea between my time with the Microsoft Tech guy? Thank you for your time and patience.

As Socratis has said, that is a support question for Microsoft. It's up to them how they manage product keys and licenses for their products.
