Re: Why do not open win7 in VM (installed in mac)
SSM errors usually mean that VirtualBox was updated or the VM moved to another host while a VM was in a saved state. So, discard the saved state (right click VM in manager, "Discard saved state").
Re: Why do not open win7 in VM (installed in mac)
well, if i discard saved state then i have to install again the win7? (in VM)

No, it's not. It's like losing power from your desktop computer. You lose whatever you haven't saved.
If you don't want that to happen, downgrade to the last VirtualBox version that you had, restore the session, shutdown the VM from within the VM, then upgrade VirtualBox.

Thank you very much for your help to everyone, testing and testing I could start win7.
Discard the saved state and re-start it, enter in safe mode, then close win7 and re-start win7 and start normally.
I can not install the guest adittions but there is no problem with the size of the screen, it looks normal.

Re: Why do not open win7 in VM (installed in mac)
No. That dialog simply shows that the GAs disk is still in the drive. It doesn't prove that you ran anything found on that drive.Cezario wrote: does that mean they are installed?
If you installed the GAs then there will be a small icon in the notification area of the guest taskbar.
If the GAs are not yet installed then browse to the CD inside the guest and run VBoxGuestAdditions.exe. Afterwards you should remember to eject the CD medium.
