Hello,
since virtualbox Version 5.0.40_Ubuntu r115130 installed in linux Mint, i created an windows 10 iso 64b from windows tool (mediatool), and in virtualbox i got the flag of windows and then nothing
How to install it please ?

The first thing I would do would be to upgrade to the current version of VirtualBox (that is the one currently available from the VirtualBox website). The media creation tool gives you the current version of Windows 10, not an old one.

I'm afraid we only support VirtualBox here, not tribute band versions of it. If you want support for the Mint fork then you need to go to the Mint forums.
