Video Resolution VM Windows10

Dear,
I'm using VirtualBox 5.2 on Linux Mint. I Virtualize Windows10.
However, my difficulty is to leave the VM in full screen mode.
Even installing guest addons, the resolution does not stay full screen.
Does anyone know how to solve it?
Attachment, the log of my VM.
Thank you

Logs show a happy camper as far as VirtualBox and the Linux host is concerned. Moving to Windows guests.

Be prepared to explain your issue in more detail so the Windows folks can figure out exactly what you are having issues with.

I would like an explanation of what "stay full screen" means. Do you mean that it won't switch to full screen mode? Or that it does switch but then switches back by itself? (a problem which I've never heard of).

I'm finding no indication in the log that any display size higher than 1024x768x24bpp was ever selected. Btw I assume that 24bpp is a mistake: modern PCs usually use 32bpp, and if that's what the host uses then you'll have problems using accelerated graphics with a 24bpp guest.

Belay that, I do see a later change to 1024x768x32bpp. Do make sure to only use 32bpp settings.

However, I also see this :-

I've seen several reports of this "resolution xxx not accepted by frontend" problem, and still have not bottomed it out. I SUSPECT it may be related to the old problem whereby the guest is expecting 4:3 aspect ratios and is rejecting 16:9 etc (or vice versa), but I really don't know yet. I would try different settings for the UI preference File|Preferences|Display|Max Guest Screen Size, i.e. try setting it to Automatic or None. Don't bother with Hint.

Dear Mpack
I need to run the VM in full screen, ie use the screen resolution that my notebook is using (widescreen). However, within the Windows10 VM, the maximum resolution is 1024x768. The screen is not widescreen full, when I press control + f.
The resolution of my notebook is 1366x768.

Where do I change from 32bpp to 24bpp?

In Virtualbox, preference / screen, I tried to leave it in automatic, but it did not solve the problem.
Another curious fact, I was in the VM drivers manager, excludes the virtualbox video driver. The surprise was that after deleting the driver, I can select other video resolutions, even at 1600x1200.

Hello everyone,

Would anyone have any more tips to get me through?
In my tests, I deactivated the 3D acceleration of the video card. even then the problem still persists.

Try downloading the updated GAs ISO from the downloads area. It only claims to fix some Linux guest problems, but I guess it would do no harm to try it.

Dear Mpack
I downloaded ISO Guest VBoxGuestAdditions_5.2.1-118918.iso.
I uninstalled the previous one and installed again.
Without success, the problem still persists.
I am attaching a new log.
Thanks for the help.
