Run x16 program on a x64 Windows host
I have a x16 program that I'd like to run in a VirtualBox Windows virtual machine (potentially Windows ME, XP, or 7) on a x64 version of Windows 10 home. Is this possible?

Yes, that's a fairly common use for a VM. I would suggest an XP or Win7 guest. ME is not supported with Guest Additions so would not be a pleasant experience.
