I'm experiencing choppy audio using Virtualbox Version 5.1.18 r114002 (Qt5.5.1) with 5.1.18 guest additions in a Win10 64bi guest, on a Ubuntu 16.04 64bi host.
Ubuntu has 16gb ram, Windows has 6gb allocated to it. Hardware is Dell Latitude E7470 with a i7-6600U CPU, 2 cores are allocated to the guest (things run slower with 1 core).
Attached is the error log.
Any ideas on how to fix?
