3D acceleration not working for Windows 10 guests

I don't know whether it's related, but my W7 and W10 guests cannot resize to full-screen if I have 3D on. My host is W7 x64, VB 5.0.10, and I'm currently using Intel HD Graphics (I also have AMD Radeon).
