no output sound in win xp

I have a win XP sp3 guest on a WIN server 2008 host.
There is a problem with sound cards the work with the server so I got a VIRTUAL SOUND PROGRAM as default and that actually work. The problem is that I got a RadioDj software and I would like more sound cards so I have installed VIRTUAL BOX with XP. The problem is that there is no output.
I tried direct sound, cant select AC97 because the driver from Realtek is getting security warring from the server.
Does anyone have got an Idea?
