What type of connection set Nat or network bridge?

I want to install a virtual machine windows xp Virtual Private Network (VPN) for anonymous Web surfing
the main operating system Windows 7
virtual machine virtualbox
question 1
What type of connection set Nat (Network Address Translation) or network bridge ?
question 2
If you want to connect Network Address Translation is necessary to make Protoss ports?

NAT is all you need for internet browsing. It will work provided the host has an internet connection.

Try it with NAT. If it works, fine. If it doesn't, you could try bridged. Some VPNs don't like operating through NAT.

Are you in a position to use bridged mode? You need the host to be running on a LAN, preferably with a DHCP server. If your host is an isolated PC with a direct Internet connection, bridged is not an option for you.
