Hi,
I have a Windows 7 32 bit guest where I cannot install the guest additions. It fails during the installation process.
I am using VirtualBox 4.3.26 r98988 on a Linux Host (Linux Mint 17.1 x64).
My host has 8GB of memory. The guest has 1GB of memory.
I have attached the log file.
Does anyone have any idea what I can do to get the guest additions installed?

It would be helpful to know what the error message was.
I don't know that it matters, but I'm curious why you selected Vista as the VM template for a Win7 guest?
Also, I see you still have the Win7 install DVD attached to the VM. If the OS is already installed then you need to eject this and reboot.
