WindowXP guest system has no network device

I am using Fedora 9 as host os. and install windowXP as guest Os.

After start guest OSI install guest installation. here is my config of network device


Network
Adapter 0
Intel PRO/1000 MT Desktop (NAT)

I am using adsl to surf the internet.

but I can't see any network ip address in guest OS (XP)

I found the device manager can't find proper device driver for ethnet.

Why?

Any help is appreciated

I changed network settings to PCnet-FAST III, then device manager can have proper driver this network device, but I can't get ip address for guest host OS
