CompuSec 5 on WinXP Guest

Hello all!
I've installed free Compusec 5 Security Suite (http://www.ce-infosys.com/) on my WinXP VM with the option to encrypt the harddisk at boot time.
Installation works fine, but after the required reboot the screen remains black.
Then, when trying to close the VM, the bootscreen of compusec appears slightly gray.
Maybe fixed in next virtualbox-version (hopefully).
