Windows Embedded 2009 POSReady guest?
is it possible to run Windows Embedded 2009 POSReady as a guest?

It should be fine if you set the OS to Windows XP (32bit) and give it 512M of memory. It ran OK on Microsoft Virtual PC. (There is a video on youtube of it running on VPC).

Yes, however after windows setup CD reboots the VM you have to go into safe mode immidiatley and delete the following files:
C:\windows\system32\drivers\crusoe.sys
C:\windows\system32\drivers\processr.sys
Not doing so will cause a BSOD in a regular boot when a mouse is moved/clicked, or a key is pressed.
If First Boot Agent starts in safe mode wait for it to finish then on the next reboot delete the above files back in safe mode, this is because FBA will replace them otherwise.
