You don't need to find drivers. If you select the correct guest template when you create the VM then the default NIC it selects for you is chosen because that guest OS has native drivers for that NIC.

If you want to continue this conversation then please read: Minimum information needed for assistance. I particularly would have like to know what guest OS we're talking about. Also the topic name "Who can help me" is itself not very helpful. I have renamed the topic for you.

Thanks for your guidance
First my virtualbox version is newest 4.2.18r88780 whick I download from our offical site and was installed on host OS running win7 x64.
My guest OS is win7 x64 and the virtualbox additions has been installed .
I don not have any idea about this situation .The intel adapters built-in can work properly but the PCnet and PCfast can not work.
I have found a strange phenomenon that there is an exclamation mark in device manager of the guest OS.
But once I updates the driver ,the system always reports failure.

Moved to "Windows Guests", since your Windows host is not relevant to the question asked.

In my Win7 VM the simulated network adapter (selected in the VM settings) is the default "Intel Pro/1000 MT Desktop (82540EM). I didn't need to install any drivers in the guest, as Win7 supports this card natively.

Zip up the "vmname.vbox" file from your VM folder, zip it and attach the zip here. If you have trouble finding the vbox file, remember that Windows has an annoying habit of hiding file extensions, a dangerous and confusing feature which I encourage you to turn off.

If you "need" to use the PCnet NIC with 64-bit Windows, then you "need" to find your own drivers...

As Michaln says, the reason that "Intel Pro/1000 MT Desktop" is the default network card in a Win7 VM is because it is known that Win7 has drivers for that card. If you want to force the use of a card which Win7 does not have drivers for, then that's your choice, but it would be up to you to solve the problem of missing drivers.

Why are you in the belief that your Win7 VM needs specific (obsolete) network cards?

I doubt there is a 64-bit driver for the PCnet NIC.
You could try to have 1 Intel and 1 AMD NIC and run Windows update.

Yeah. Before I post the problem here,I had been looking for the driver for a long time ,but nothing helps.
When I try to use some softwares used for discovering components and installing drivers automatically ,it always reports failuer or it can not find the Ethernet Controller.
I have also tried windows update, but no effect .

The reason Win7 has no drivers for those network cards is no doubt because, at the time of the Win7 release, Microsoft believed those NICs were long obsolete.

So I'll ask again: why are you in the belief that your Win7 VM needs obsolete network cards?

Well, this is why we tell people not to cross post: I now understand from your other thread on a related subject that your goal is to boot the VM from the network, and you are under the impression that only certain NICs support this feature. You may be right or wrong on that, I wouldn't know as I have no interest in that feature - hence I'll leave you to the tender mercies of others.

Hi Perryg ,can Intel network adapter built-in Virtualbox support bootrom?
I am still not sure whether or not.But based on the result which I got from trying ,the Intel doesn't work...
Any help will be appreciated... :(
