how do i get guest additional add on?

hello all
im new to this and just installing VB yesterday.
the problem is the host didnt recognised a flashdisk and shared folder i set in setting. when i set a filter in USB section, it crashes with the host
(i using host win xp sp2 and guest win xp sp2)
from the user manual it seems need a guest additional add on but after searching in VB website i couldnt find anything to download.

Look in Menu when the VM is running. There is an entry to start installation.

i found that in menu on guest window not in VB it self
hehehe
my flash disk is detected and shared folder is visible and usable
but do you know how to connect other USB device?
when i connect my mobile device via USB my WIN XP SP2 (as guest) isnt detect it
my mobile device is sony ericsson and i have installed it pc suite

Go to the settings of the VM (it needs to be turned off) and add the USB filter on the USB section. There is also an option to add a blank filter that allows you to use any device you plug in directly. This can give some problems, because if you use an USB mouse and keyboard, those devices could also get grabbed by the VM and you lose them in the Host.
