Share Folders on Windows Vista

I just installed Windowes Vista Ultimate in a machine with host as Windows XP and I am new to Windows Vista, where I find the share folder I want to set between this two Operating Systems? I installed the Guest Addiction, but didn't find any share folder. This is not for Windows Vista? Or there is some trick I should do to share files between both systems? I look in the user manual and didn't find.
I am using VirtualBox-1.5.0 because 1.5.2 didn't shows its face for me.

Edit: After I tried to register VirtualBox-1.5.2 disappear, and now keeps showing me the window to register.

Start VB three times and close the register window.

Start VB a 4th time

About register on VirtualBox-1.5.2 it's ok, now I get it working.

About Share Folder one question: it should appears in my computer folder? Not appearing. I have Administrative Rights.
