hi,
Since virtualbox 3.2.2 and 3.2.4 (on XP), mouse has a strange and annoying behaviour with photoshop using the tool of duplication.
so, i have to stay on virtualbox 3.2.0 to work easily with photoshop.
could you take a look at that ?
thanks

Re: mouse with photoshop cs4
You know this is weird, yesterday I noticed my car was not running right. Do you know what the problem is?
Seriously, you need to be much more specific then it does not work for me. What is the problem, and post the log files (as attachment).

Re: mouse with photoshop cs4
well, how to explain...
it's not easy, beacause i have a lack of vocabulary (i'm french...forgive me) to describe the problem
since 3.2.2, and using the tool of duplication in photoshop cs4 (host linux, guest windows XP), the tool (icon of the mouse is a round) doesn't follow the mouse. it stays at the last position
the same probleme when i scroll up/down the picture using the space bar + mouse up/down.
i never had that kind of problems until now using virtualbox and photoshop
i don't know if a log is useful as there is no crash

Look in the guest settings -> system and take the check mark out of (Enable absolute pointing device) and see if this helps you.

Re: mouse with photoshop cs4
This is starting to sound like a regression issue. These kinds of problems that are reproducible should be reported to bugtracker. You will need to setup an account there as it is on a different system.
It would also help if you can post the ticket number here so other can see the progress, add information, or see the final results.

Re: mouse with photoshop cs4
I have the same issue when my Photoshop CS4 is running in Mac OS X 10.8 Virtual Machine hosted by VMware Fusion. Somehow it may be a problem when PS CS4 is running in all kinds of virtual machines.Packthead wrote:hi,
