I run Windows XP as guest on VirtualBox 3.2.0 with Linux Ubuntu Lucid Lynx 10.04 as host.
When I start VirtualBox I can read on "Details" "USB" 3 device filters "active".
When Windows XP is running I click on top of screen on "Devices" then poining on "USB Devices" I can see my devices GREYED and I cannot click in them. Pointing on the USB icon (down right of screen) I can read "Indicates the activity of the attached USB devices - No USB devices attached".
Eventually I typed the following command in a terminal : VBoxManage list usbhost and I got this
jean-claude@jean-claude-laptop:~$ VBoxManage list usbhost

I would like to have my USB devices working, more specially my Canon iP90 printer and an USB key. Any comment and help will be appreciated.
