help-usb bandwith need increase

One of my usb devices -used only in windows-require to increase bandwith.The message said that current bandwith is 10%, but the device require 141%.Is there any way to give more bandwith for that device?
It is a tv tuner PCTV800e.It works fine until goes for chanel scanning-then hung-up.I am not using that usb device in Linux-no drivers.

Streaming USB devices don't work very well (if at all) in virtual machines. But there is Linux support for your device, see http://mcentral.de/wiki/index.php/Em2880

That require "messing" with linux my knowledge it is limited.
If I use xp as host and PCLinuxOS as guess-will my tv work?.
