no network with Vista Guest

Hi ,
I'll try to install VISTA on a XP-Host-PC.
everything ist working fine on the VISTA-Client, but it's not possible to get a network connection. Reason: Vista doesn't detect my Realteak RTL8111 Card - but this Card is running without problems on a Vista-Host install.
can somebody help me pls ??

Yes, User Doc can do this.

I am running the same setup and cannot for the life of me get the networking side working at all. My ethernet controller is detected but I cannot find drivers that will work with it.
