OpenGL rendering doesn't work.
Direct3D rendering works, but too slow.
To make mouse usable you need to disable hardware cursor in game and disable mouse pointer integration.

Hello again, I was wondering when will be supported for CS 1.6. I love this game but it does not run or online and only runs on window 640 x?. It is really too bad to play.

Thank you ..

I really appreciate your interest in cataloguing Windows games under VirtualBox, since it is of my interest too, but... are any of you using a joystick in any of such games? I tried to have mine working, but it doesn't. Besides, I haven't found anywhere a single word about joysticks on guest OSes under VirtualBox (neither they are supported nor they aren't). Does anyone know about this?

Has anyone gotten Carmageddon 2 to work? It crashes on my system without warning (just the classical "has encountered a problem and needs to close") less than a second after launch.

I have a Saitek Cyborg Evo working on my Windows 98 Guest (Control Panel Applet and Manx TT game) using the Saitek Win98 driver.

Though my Host OS is Windows 7, if your host recognises the presence of a USB device I don't see why you won't be able to add it to USB Device Filters so the guest can see it as well. I'm new to VirtualBox and this is with 3.1.2 so YMMV.

Game name: Sins of a Solar Empire
VBox version: 3.1.2
Host: Windows 7
Guest: Windows XP Professional SP3
VBox additions installed?: Yes
CPU: Q6600 @ Stock
GPU: HIS 4870 1gb @ Stock
Memory: 4gb DDR2800
Performance: Almost 100% smooth. (In 1600x900 and full screen)
Mouse: Works 100% with mouse integration, but with mouse integration off, it is invisible...

Note: I was doing this to take advantage of my dual monitors, and it seems that it works as planned. I can have
my brother sit next to me and we can play SOASE together on one computer. Except that the VBox doesn't display the mouse
correctly when mouse integration is disabled...I can't wait till they solve this problem.

Screenshots:
Haven't been able to get a screenshot of it windowed (Display a window filled in black), and taking a screenshot of it in fullscreen is rather pointless.

A question:

How you install DirectX? I am trying Sins of a solar Empire, and nothing happens. I have not installed DX9, but I have installed guest addons for WinXP SP2.

Twinfun,
How can you use two mouses at the same time? You and your brother are playing at the same time, with two separete mouses?
