Problems with using Steam on WinXP guest.

Hi@ All

I´m using suse 10.2 as host and WinXPpro as guest system.
I´ve installed Steam and Counterstrike:Source.
But when I try to start CS:S over steam nothing happens
nothing but the short appearung of a mesaggebox with the
text: preparing to start Counterstrike Source
and the message dissapears again and nothing happens.

I´m using Virtualbox 1.5 and I´ve installed the correct
guest addons.
