FTP server running in a guest

I would like to have a W2K guest inside W2003 Server running an FTP server .

Is this possible and how would I go about setting it up.

I am running the guest as NAT networking but it is not visible on the network. How do I set up networking so I can access the guest from elsewhere in the network?

User Doc, Chapter 6, Bridge / Host Interface.

Thanks. Having done that I see that in this mode the VM can also see the network in Network Neighborhood.

So there is no need to use shared folders to access external data.

Which method is more efficient/reliable: shared folders or via Network Neighborhood?
