I installed Windows 95 b on VirtualBox (WinXP host).
I am not able to install the guestAdditions and I am not able to install a concret graphic-adapter or monitor. How can I do this?

you can't.
Those guest drivers are for NT-based systems: NT/2000/XP/2003/Vista.
I have asked to support Win9x (95/98/me), but Innotek told me they don't need it, so if community needs that we should write those drivers ourselves. Not to mention that there are stability and speed problems on Win9x guests.
Overall support for Win9x is very bad in VirtualBox, that bad that I would recommend you looking for other product for Win9x , and use this one for 2000/XP virtualization.
